As a Conference Producer you will have a naturally curious personality and a desire to learn about business and how changes in industries can affect the world today. You will take full responsibility for your Conference from day one!

• Produce up to 12 virtual or physical conferences annually
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Create a conference program with researched topics
• Research market for topics of commercially successful projects
• Search and communicate with a high-level speakers via phone and email
• Prepare project briefs and present to sales and marketing teams
• Keeping sales and marketing updated with product knowledge and changes
• Assuring that events are produced at a high-quality level and on time
• Selecting attractive topics based on regular research and feasibility analyses
• Travel to the physical events or attend a virtual to assist in running events and gather market intelligence useful in product development

We are looking for:

• Fluent in Written & Spoken English (other languages will be an advantage)
• Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
• Highly Motivated and hard worker with “can-do” attitude
